EPOP Studios LLC TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Acceptance of Terms These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EPOP Studios (EPOP STUDIOS LLC) website and services (the “Services”). You agree to be bound by these Terms by accessing or using the Services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
2. Use of Services You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms. You may use the Services only if you have the power to form a contract with EPOP Studios LLC and are not barred under any applicable laws from doing so. The Services may continue to change over time as we refine and add more features. We may stop, suspend, or modify the Services at any time without prior notice to you. We may also remove any content from our Services at our discretion.

You understand that through your use of the Services you consent to the collection and use (as set forth in the Privacy Policy) of this information.

Intellectual Property Rights EPOP Studios LLC and its licensors exclusively own all right, title, and interest in and to the Services and Content, including all associated intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that the Services and Content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries. You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark, or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying the Services or Content.
6. Prohibited Uses You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services: • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation (including, without limitation, any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from the US or other countries). • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail”, “chain letter”, “spam”, or any other similar solicitation. • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate EPOP Studios LLC, a EPOP Studios LLC employee, another user, or any other person or entity. • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined by us, may harm EPOP Studios LLC or users of the Services or expose them to liability.
7. Artificial Intelligence: You agree that EPOP Studios LLC may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in its products and services. You understand that AI technology is subject to inherent risks and uncertainties and that Artpromo is not responsible for any damages or losses that may result from the use of AI technology.
8. Termination We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
10. Limitation of Liability In no event shall EPOP Studios LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
11. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is a material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Services.
